An Evening with the Arts, Zandra Overstreet, Walhalla Middle, Seneca (now in GA). An Evening with the Arts project was a sell-out dinner theater event with a full three course meal prepared by middle school students serving as the wait staff. Students also provided the entertainment.

From Farm to Table: Leslie Hamby (retired), Pelion Middle, Pelion. In partnership with a local farm, students are introduced to locally grown seasonal produce for tasting, preparing, including in recipes, and creating meals with community guests. Recipes are displayed in the produce department of a local grocery store with a display of the QR code to scan.
